Hi, I’m Hayley —

Pilates Instructor, Mama, and Your Biggest Cheerleader

I’ve spent over 16 years in the health and wellness industry—starting out as a remedial massage therapist working with elite athletes and sports teams. That passion for helping people move and feel better led me to study Pilates, yoga, personal training, and group fitness.

After running my own gym and later stepping into corporate wellness, I became a mum in 2023. Everything changed. My daughter Zoey (and bonus daughter Abby!) became my world—and so did my mission to help other busy women and mums feel good in their bodies again.

Now, I run my own home-based Pilates studio and online programs designed for real women who want real results—without sacrificing everything else. My approach blends the strength and flow of reformer-style Pilates with the convenience of a mat and the power of simple props. It’s accessible, effective, and actually enjoyable.

Whether you’re just starting your movement journey, returning after having a baby, or simply carving out 30 minutes a day for you—I’ve got your back (and your core 😉).
