Getting to our retreat is an easy and scenic journey! Here’s how:
✈️ Step 1: Fly into Bali (Ngurah Rai International Airport – Denpasar, DPS) You’ll need to book a flight to Denpasar, Bali. We recommend arriving the day before or early on the retreat start date to allow enough time for transfers.
🚗 Step 2: Private Driver to Sanur Harbour from the airport, it’s about a 30-45 minute drive to Sanur Harbour. The Tamarind Resort will contact you to make arrangements for your travel from any where in Bali to the harbour. If you prefer to arrange your own, taxis and private drivers are available.
⛵ Step 3: Fast Boat to Nusa LembonganFrom Sanur, a 30-minute fast boat ride will take you to Nusa Lembongan, they run frequently throughout the day. Return transfers are on us!
🛺 Step 4: Transfer to The Tamarind Resort, once on the island, The Tamarind team will collect you and your luggage. It’s a short 5-10 minute ride to the resort.

Each day on the retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance movement, mindfulness, adventure, and relaxation. Mornings usually start with a sunrise Pilates or yoga session on the deck, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Mid-mornings and afternoons are filled with excursions and island experiences, such as snorkeling with manta rays, kayaking through mangroves, or exploring Nusa Penida. Meals are a mix of included and optional local dining, giving you the freedom to explore.
Evenings feature group Pilates or wellness sessions, sound healing, or relaxing moments by the pool or beach. Special cultural experiences, like Balinese dancers, temple visits, and sunset walks, are woven in to make each day unique.
Throughout the retreat, there’s always free time to unwind, explore, or simply soak up the island atmosphere, ensuring you can enjoy the retreat at your own pace. Every day is designed to leave you feeling energised, grounded, and completely rejuvenated.

Absolutely! Many attendees join solo, and it’s a great way to meet like-minded people. We will pair you with a roommate if you choose a shared room option. If you choose to bring a friend and share a bed, the additional person is only $1300. Please contact to make that arrangement.
