1. Securing Your Spot
To reserve your place on the Bali Retreat, a deposit of at least 50% is required. This confirms your booking and helps us plan the retreat.
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 2 months after first payment made. Payment plans may be available—please see the product page for details.
3. Participant Cancellations
Deposits are generally non-refundable, but we may consider refunds for serious and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies).
Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing. Refunds for these circumstances will be at the host’s discretion.
Remaining balance payments may also be refunded in these circumstances, depending on timing and costs already incurred.
4. Cancellation or Changes by Retreat Host (Unforeseen Circumstances)
If the retreat cannot go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions, government regulations, or other events beyond our control), a full refund of all payments received will be made.
Refunds will be processed by February 27, 2026.
Participants will be notified promptly of any updates.
5. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation (if not included), and travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
6. Agreement
By paying a deposit or the full amount, you agree to these terms and understand the cancellation and refund policy.
