This prize is valid only if the retreat proceeds as scheduled. If the retreat is cancelled or unable to go ahead for any reason beyond the promoter’s control, the prize will be forfeited. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize or promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside of their control.

The retreat prize includes accommodation only in the standard/cheapest room option available at the venue. Any upgrades, additional nights, travel costs, or other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
